Gas pipe fitter — Jefferson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Jefferson County, Texas. Day to day you will carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
