Line cook — Grant County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Grant County, Indiana. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Meals and transport allowance provided.
