Deboner — Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Washington County, Indiana. You will work in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On the job you will handle: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
