Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Denver County, Colorado. You will torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck. You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Part-time with flexible hours.
