Powder coating sprayer — Calderdale

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Calderdale, England. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
