Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Van Buren County, Iowa. You will work in a demolition and site-clearance yard. On a typical shift you will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse. Ideal candidate: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
