Immediate opening: we are hiring a lifting rigger in LaPorte County, Indiana. The role involves: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather 2+ years on the tools preferred.
