Electrostatic spray painter — Bedford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $16 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
