Panel painter — Milam County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel painter in Milam County, Texas. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Your main tasks: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
