You should have: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding On the job you will handle: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
