Vacancy available: paint booth operator (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Rock Island County, Illinois. The job is at a powder coating unit. You will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
