Dish pit attendant — Shani

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Shani, Borno State. You will be based at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
