Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Honolulu County, Hawaii. The job is at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat.
