Meat trimmer • Rawlins County, Kansas

Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Rawlins County, Kansas. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
