Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Mason County, West Virginia. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Your main tasks: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
