Paint booth operator — Johnson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Johnson County, Illinois. You will be based in a busy paint shop. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
