Punch press operator — Moffat County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a punch press operator in Moffat County, Colorado. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Day-to-day duties: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
