Hoist operator — Miami-Dade County

Now hiring: we are hiring a hoist operator in Miami-Dade County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Your main tasks: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
