You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines The role involves: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go Part-time with flexible hours.
