What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
