You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
