Waterproofing applicator wanted in Webster County

Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Webster County, Iowa. The job is on commercial flat-roof projects. Day-to-day duties: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Full-time, day shift.
