Immediate opening: we are hiring a pressman in Coles County, Illinois. The role involves: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching Requirements: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
