Urgent requirement: prep cook (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Jasper County, Missouri. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
