Toolroom milling operator • Beaver County, Pennsylvania

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work The role involves: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm Full-time with occasional weekends.
