Shuttering fixer — Webster County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Webster County, Missouri. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $30 per hour plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
