Hand presser wanted in Lampasas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hand presser in Lampasas County, Texas. You will be based in a busy laundry. Day to day you will operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; give each garment a final press before packing; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Six days a week, one day off.
