Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Tippah County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Six days a week, one day off.
