Confectioner — Billings County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Billings County, North Dakota. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 6+ years on the tools preferred.
