Immediate opening: sewing machine operator (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy garment factory. On the job you will handle: • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line Requirements: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching 6+ years on the tools preferred. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
