Roofing foreman wanted in Rowan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Rowan County, Kentucky. You will be based at a sheet metal roofing workshop. The role involves: • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Willing to work outdoors in all weather 1+ years on the tools preferred.
