Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trailer driver in Newton County, Mississippi. The role involves: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Part-time with flexible hours.
