You should have: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing The role involves: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly 3+ years on the tools preferred.
