On the job you will handle: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust You should have: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
