Trailer driver — Putnam County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trailer driver in Putnam County, Missouri. The job is on long-haul routes across the country. What we are looking for: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Your main tasks: • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
