Field delivery driver — Providence County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a field delivery driver in Providence County, Rhode Island. You will be based at a delivery and dispatch hub. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload parcels and secure the load with straps and ropes • Check tyre pressure and report worn or damaged tyres • Arrange routine servicing and renew insurance and PUC documents • Handle cash on delivery and reconcile the day's collections • Carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights • Follow loading sequence so first-drop parcels stay within reach Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with basic vehicle checks and maintenance • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations • Good knowledge of city roads, routes and shortcuts Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
