Sheet metal press operator — Lanier County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Lanier County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges You will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings.
