You should have: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
