Kitchen cook — Lincoln County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Lincoln County, Minnesota. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off.
