UPVC window fabricator — Webster County

Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Webster County, Iowa. You will be based on site fitting windows in new-build flats. On a typical shift you will wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it. Ideal candidate: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Six days a week, one day off.
