Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Lincoln County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
