Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Hamilton County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches 1+ years on the tools preferred.
