Counter butcher — Roane County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Roane County, West Virginia. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
