Chef de partie — Cumberland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Cumberland County, Maine. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
