Immediate opening: single needle operator (Minnesota)

Now hiring: we are hiring a single needle operator in McLeod County, Minnesota. You will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $26 per hour plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
