Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork erector in Anchorage Municipality, Alaska. The role involves: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
