Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Marshall County, Tennessee. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request.
