Line cook — Perquimans County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Perquimans County, North Carolina. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
