Air conditioning installer — Mitchell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an air conditioning installer in Mitchell County, Iowa. You will work in shopping malls and office buildings. Day-to-day duties: • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing You should have: • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
