Vacancy available: powder coating line operator (Pennsylvania)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Washington County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Full-time, day shift.
